On going Citisolar drama. Was supposed to have the electricians arrive today to install the inverter and connect up the panels after moving the meter box to outside. Have stayed home today but as expected no electrician and no contact. The contract was signed in June 2018 and the electricians were supposed to arrive on day in August but did not turn up due to an alleged scheduling mistake by Citisolar. Did turn up for a few minutes on the following Monday but nothing was done. Did have the panel installers arrive one Sunday morning in late august unexpectedly and put up the panels but that is as far as it has gone.

Have failed to install system for almost 3 months and stuffed another working system with a failed battery system. Have not rectified and every time they stated someone would turn up nothing happened. Have been totally unprofessional and unreliable. Cannot believe anything that this company claims. My advice it to avoid. Too bad cannot give 0 stars
